Remedial Yoga

A dymanic and therapeutic type of yoga which focuses on building core strength, stronger muscles, stamina, blood circulation with impoved flexibility. Using techniques based on the 8 levels of functional and structural balance, whilst blending stretching with strengthening together with breath co-ordination, this type of yoga creates a well balanced and toned body and promotes overall wellness of the mind. Leave feeling energized ready to start your day!

Suitability: All levels welcome.

Body Positive

Body Positive is aimed for those who feel uncomfortable in 'the standard' yoga class. Here you can dive into yoga in a safe, non-judgment environment. It is gentle pacing, using props and modifications to help increase joint health, flexibility and strength. Class finishes with a short meditation.

Suitability: All levels welcome.

Cost: $15

Thursday's 7:00pm - 8:00pm

Kids Yoga

Fun, supportive, creative and nurturing class atmosphere providing the opportunity to make meaningful connections to one's self and others in a non-judgmental and non-competitive way. 

Yoga helps bring a sence of calmness, helps with concentration, body awareness, strength, flexibility and co-ordination. 

Suitability: Children 8 - 16 yrs.

Thursday's 4:15pm - 5:00pm

Yoga for Healthy Aging

A relaxed and friendly atmosphere with emphasis on simple stretching, balancing and building strength. Props are used to help the body with alignment, flexibility and gain a greater range of mobility. The classes are modified to suit every individual.

Suitability: Over 55's.

Cost: $15

Tuesday's 8:15am - 9:15am      Friday's 7:00am - 8:00am

Meditation

Weekly meditation class where a different style / technique of meditation is explored each week. It is a great way to combat stress and anxiety that arises due to modern day stressors.

Suitability: Over 16. All levels.

Thursday's 5:30pm - 6:30pm

Beginners Yoga - Move it month

As part of the national campaign ‘Move it Month’ with Sports Australia, W.I.L.D Yoga and Meditation is offering a 5-week introduction to yoga for beginners or those that want to learn the foundations of the poses / movements and breathing techniques.

Yoga isn’t just about being flexible and bendy. We build strength, stamina, balance, range of motion, mobility and much more. Moving the body is so important and yoga not only increases body tone, muscle strength and flexibility, it also improves energy levels, respiration, and vitality.

Suitability: No experience necessary 

Cost: $75 for 5 week pass

Tuesday's 9:30am - 10:30am      Friday's 8:30am - 9:30am

WILD Wellness Session

A private 30 minute one-on-one session allowing individual attention and guidence tailored to your skill level, preferences and needs, You will also receive a personalised yoga and/or meditation practice that will assist you to continue at home.
