Body Positive

Body Positive is aimed for those who feel uncomfortable in 'the standard' yoga class. Here you can dive into yoga in a safe, non-judgment environment. It is gentle pacing, using props and modifications to help increase joint health, flexibility and strength. Class finishes with a short meditation.

All levels welcome.


General Yoga

For beginners or those wanting  to learn the foundations of the poses / movements and breathing techniques.

Yoga isn’t just about being flexible and bendy. We build strength, stamina, balance, range of motion, mobility, and we will learn how to breath more efficiently allowing for prana, (life force energy) to vitalize our being. Moving the body is so important, and yoga not only increases body tone, muscle strength and flexibility, it also improves energy levels, respiration, and vitality.

All levels welcome.


Wednesday's 7:00 - 8:00pm

A friendly and relaxing meditation class where you'll be taken on an insightful journey each week.

Enjoy tea and a chat afterwards.

Strong Flow

Tuesday's 5:30 - 6:30pm
Thursday's 5:30 - 6:30am

Strong flow yoga is a dynamic and powerful yoga, that  begins with warm-ups, gradually building up to a string of poses in a sequence. A moving meditation with the breath. 

As this is a flow class, and knowledge of poses is required, it is not recommended for complete beginner yogi's.


Kids Yoga

Fun, supportive, creative and nurturing class atmosphere providing the opportunity to make meaningful connections to one's self and others in a non-judgmental and non-competitive way. 

Yoga helps bring a sence of calmness, helps with concentration, body awareness, strength, flexibility and co-ordination. 

Ages 8 - 14yrs.

High Octane

Tuesday's 7:00 - 8:00pm

High Octane is a Japanese Remedial based Yoga style that is a strong and dynamic core based class.

It is very different to Hatha Yoga. Movements are repetitive and sequences change with the seasons as our body naturally wants to. It's focus on creating balance with the meridians (energy pathways that acupuncture and shiatsu uses) has you feeling so great, you'll want to come back for more!

Healthy Aging

Tuesday's 8:00 - 9:00am
Friday's 11:00 - 12:00pm

A relaxed and friendly atmosphere with emphasis on simple stretching, balancing and building strength. Props are used to help the body with alignment, flexibility and gain a greater range of mobility. The classes are modified to suit every individual. Each week we look at breathing techniques to help revitalize your mind, body and emotions.

Yin Yoga

Yoga for Anxiety

Yin yoga is a style of yoga where specific poses are held for a length of time to stretch out the fascia and connective tissues of the body. Unlike yang poses (standard yoga - strong poses) where superficial muscles are targeted, yin yoga targets the deeper layers in the body, our deep fascia networks, ligaments, bones and joints.

Yin yoga increases flexibility and circulation, and improves joint mobility

It also offers emotional and mental benefits. On an energetic level, yin yoga will improve energy flow.

All levels welcome.

Yoga helps elicit the relaxation response, reducing the impact of 

exaggerated stresses, thus helping with anxiety and depression. In this class, we work on activating the parasympathetic nervous system offering ways to self regulate and calm the body and mind.

Using expansion and extension, we also help remove stress in the muscles and nerves.

All levels welcome.

Prices: $15 p/class
