Sound bathing is the practice of being deeply immersed in sounds and vibrations that have the power to profoundly relax the mind, body and soul; and restore balance and harmony to body systems.

Jennie creates a safe and serene atmosphere to enjoy the beautiful tones and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chakra chimes, gong, native percussion rain sticks and drumming to create waves of relaxing and healing tones that wash over the body. Jennie also combines guided meditation and aromatherapy to enhance the relaxation and healing.

Jennie is a qualified naturopathic nutritionist, iridologist, remedial and shiatsu massage therapist, meditation facilitator, seichim master and sound healing practitioner who uses intuition to bring deep healing to clients.

I am taking orders for these gorgeous eco-friendly, non toxic, vegan friendly yoga mats. The top layer is a soft luxurious microsuede which is heat bonded to a biodegradable natural tree rubber base.  Prints are UV resistant and non-fade.  No PVC, BPA, Silicon, Chlorine, Phthalates or toxic glues used. Designs by Australian artist.
