TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cancelling classes must be done via the Wix app. Classes can be cancelled up to one hour before the class begins. Rescheduling will need to be booked via the Wix app within the same booking week.
If Covid restrictions prevent the studio from opening, classes will continue live online.
RESCHEDULING WITH OR WITHOUT WIX APP
Rescheduling can be done by texting 0488285003 and asking for a unique code to purchase a 'rescheduling class pass' costing $5. The pass must be purchased and used within 14 days of the cancelled class.
Class passes are non-transferable. Passes may only be used by the individual whose name is on the booking.
All workshops & courses are non-refundable 72 hours before workshop / course begins. A request to cancel before 72hrs must be done via email to email@example.com and will incur a 30% of total payment fee.
You may pass your ticket to someone else you wish to come in your place by notifying us of this change via email firstname.lastname@example.org
A full refund will be given if the workshop / course is cancelled due to minimum class members not being met or other reasons.
If COVID restrictions require the workshop to be postponed, your ticket will be moved to the next workshop or converted to a 6 month credit to be used when the restrictions subside.
Please note that classes / passes & subscriptions can no longer be extended or placed on hold, so please choose your plan according to your needs.
Class timetable may change from time to time. Some classes may be cancelled due to varying reasons.
