TERMS & CONDITIONS
By participating in any class, workshop, course at the studio, you agree to the following:
Class Pass Holders and Membership Plans
Cancelling classes must be done via the Wix app. Classes can be cancelled up to one hour before the class begins. Once cancelled you can book into another class within the same week.
We cannot extend expiry dates on class passes or membership plans.
Non pass holders
Once a class is booked, there is no refund or cancellation policy available.
Class passes are non-transferable. Passes may only be used by the individual whose name is on the booking.
All workshops & courses are non-refundable 72 hours before workshop / course begins. A request to cancel before 72hrs MUST be done via email to email@example.com and will incur a 30% of total payment fee.
You may pass your ticket to someone else you wish to come in your place by notifying us of this change via email firstname.lastname@example.org
A full refund will be given if the workshop / course is cancelled due to minimum class members not being met or other reasons.
If COVID restrictions require the workshop to be postponed, your ticket will be moved to the next workshop or converted to a 6 month credit to be used when the restrictions subside.
Please note the following:
10 & 20 class passes cannot be extended or placed on hold.
No subscription holder of 4 or 6 weeks can be extended or placed on hold.
Only SILVER & GOLD subscription holders may pause their subscription for one week during each 12 week payment plan purchase.
Class timetable may change from time to time. Some classes may be cancelled due to varying reasons and new classes may be added.
If Covid restrictions prevent the studio from opening, classes will continue live online.
CLOSING OF STUDIO
The studio closes over Christmas and occasionally during the year. Anyone who holds a pass or subscription will have that time added to their expiry date.
