W.I.L.D is an intimate historical yoga center located in the beautiful Hawkesbury offering yoga and meditation classes, courses and workshops.
Our aim at WILD is to support body confidence both physically and mentally, to teach an expansiveness and openness to challenges, to experience an inner sense of wholeness on all levels, to cultivate a transformational process leading to profound personal and spiritual growth. Breath by breath, letting go of who we think we are and who we think we ought to be.
From dropping out of your mind and into the intelligence of your body, to challenging you physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, being on the mat will change your life at all levels.
By integrating body, breath, mind and Prana (life energy), we strive to promote an understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects in our personal health and wellbeing.
Kylie Allen is the founder of WILD, and it was her upbringing that planted a deep love for the wild aliveness of the land and ocean. This is where W.I.L.D originated. From the feeling of being one with the wild aliveness of nature. Being fully alive and embedded in the living universe. Everything filled with wonder.
Yoga also connecting to this raw, wild, cyclical flow of aliveness.
Bringing a sense of freedom, gratefulness, creativeness, robustness and being meditative in a community with all of nature.

Leaving her first class, in the early 90's, energised and light on her feet, she wondered how a few strange movements could have her feeling so in love with everything that surrounded her!
Many years later, in 2007, Kylie decided she wanted to share this joy and began her yoga teacher training journey with the beautiful Swami Sarasvati. She is forever participating in courses, learning what she can, but finds her students teach her the most. Kylie thrives on change & spontaneity, constantly trying to bring variety and new concepts to her classes. She feels honoured to have the chance to bring the transformative & healing magic of yoga to others.
