Yoga changed my whole outlook on life! I left my first class, in the early 90's, feeling light, like a springy energy thing, wondering how a few strange movements could have me leaping from the room like I had just won the lottery!
Many years later, in 2007, I decided I wanted to share this joy and began my teaching training journey with the beautiful Swami Sarasvati. The journey hasn't stopped and I am so grateful to be where I am now.
